Malcolm Horsey - Senior Director - VWD My name is Malcolm Horsey and I joined VWD in October 2002. I was there almost at the beginning. It was hard back then, we had very few tools but we persevered and helped lay the foundation of a great opportunity. I am grateful to my whole team who have participated in this opportunity, some have gone on to reach great heights, others have played the games, had fun, learned much and moved on. Through helping other people get what they want I have reached the position of Senior Director, which qualifies me to participate in the Global Revenue Share Bonus every four weeks, a great incentive in the e-lottery marketing plan. I am now working to achieve one more position which will put me at the very top of the marketing plan A little of my background may help the reader to understand why I believe this is a great opportunity and also why I believe that Network marketing is a fine profession and one of very few that can give you time and money freedom. I served as a Carrier based pilot in the Fleet Air Arm until 1965 so I learned how to follow instructions and also how to use a system.
Then I spent 19 years in Sales and Marketing including FMCG, Banking and Insurance. In 1984 a friend invited me to attend a meeting and I found Network Marketing, I started part time and after a little over a year went full time. Yes I've had my ups and downs but it has been my full time career ever since and I've made over a million dollars. I've built large and successful organisations as well as acting as a consultant to some very large corporations so I know both sides of the equation, but prefer to be an affiliate member. In 1998 after 10 years spent in the USA and Canada on a six figure income I went through a period in my life where personal aspects all go wrong, my father died and other matrimonial challenges happened which meant I needed to return to UK to bury my father and take on the duties of looking after my 85 year old disabled Mum. In early 2008 Mum passed away but I had 10 great years looking after her. Caring about other people is part of building a solid income producing network - see the movie "Pay It Forward" and "The Ultimate Gift" on my training site at www.howtotraining.co.uk 30th September 2002 – I got an email and a follow up call from my good friend Neil Verlander who asked me to watch a Movie. I had been offered many networking opportunities but for me none of them had that special feel. VWD and the Elottery system had that mass appeal- simple - easy to do and no product training needed, just go and promote the unique system.
Group Building Prize 2002 I knew from experience it would take work but would be worth it 2 – 3 years down the road, so I checked the company out, met Len Fitzgerald and Tom Brodie and knew they had the vision, commitment and financial resources to ensure this was a very viable opportunity
Early days 2003 with Tom and the movers and shakers From then on it was all out massive action because I knew from past experience what the result would be – Flying is a great parallel because the concepts are the same, you need massive effort to make anything fly.My first commission payment was £8, not big enough to get a cheque so it carried over to the next four week period and then the reward for the effort began to build, now it is well into several thousand every four weeks.

As a Group Director at the Leaders Meeting April 13th 2007 I've now been with VWD over six years and at the age of 65 so many of the goals I had back in 1984 have been achieved, but I still have many more to reach for and accomplish. In addition I have made many wonderful friendships,around the world, plus I've had a lot of fun in the process.
